James Diaz
James Diaz, co-founder and Creative Director of 512 Creative, has been passionate about lighting and production since he was eight years old. After working at a TV studio and studying multimedia, he spent 14 years as a production manager in exhibit services for conventions and conferences. Today, he channels his lifelong passion into leading immersive, creative experiences that define 512 Creative.

Chad Burek
Chad Burek brings over 30 years of industry experience and serves as the technical backbone of 512 Creative. Beginning his career at Vari-Lite as a lead repair technician and later advancing through production management and lighting programming at ELS, Chad developed a deep, hands-on understanding of live event technology. Known for his ability to troubleshoot, build, and engineer solutions on the fly, he plays a key role in shaping the reliability, innovation, and technical excellence that define 512 Creative today

Desaree Gomez
Desaree is our dedicated accounts coordinator, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Known for her kindness, she's one of the most compassionate individuals you'll ever meet. With her incredible creativity, she also crafts stunning charcuterie boards that a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We're lucky to her on our team!

Steve Kaplan
Steve has been a key part of our team for the past couple of years, helping to bring our event lighting to life with precision and creativity. Whether he's setting up intricate lighting rigs or ensuring the perfect ambiance, his technical skills are matched only by his humor. A comedian by night, Steve’s quick wit keeps the team laughing even during the most intense setups.

Edwin is one cool dude! He's an exceptional technician who brings a unique vibe to our team. With his background as a lead tech supervisor at Dolby Atmos, where he oversaw the video laser projection department. His troubleshooting skills are remarkable, making him a valuable asset to our team. We're grateful to have him on board!

With 15 years in the art department for film and commercials, he brings excitement to every project For the last six years, he’s transformed ideas into captivating visuals. When not creating art, he’s at the gym or on a food adventure. Jeshua truly lives life to the fullest!

Junior plays a key role in coordinating multiple events, ensuring each project runs smoothly and efficiently.
